Gratefulness is living a life of joy and thankfulness. It’s free, enjoyable, and effective.

Gratitude allows one to live life, assessed, fullness, with joy, happiness, and a smile.

Gratitude helps one not get stuck in grumpiness, or grouchiness.

GRATEFUL: (adj) - feeling, or showing an appreciation of kindness; being thankful. Being appreciative of benefits received. Warmly, or deeply, appreciative of kindness or benefits received.

Without gratefulness life is more challenging. BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE, FOR EVERY MOMENT.

A person who is grateful fuels are shows gratitude
