1.1. Course Introduction
There are three things that will help one succeed with this course:
Go at your own pace: tune into your intuition about how fast you can go, and leave time to ensure you can integrate the teachings.
Allow time for reflection.
Re-watch the videos as needed: especially when you’re not sure about the content.
Complete the exercises and activities.
